i woul have to say ps3.. it has blue rey and backwards capabilitys and doesent heat up like the 360 i know of 3 people whos xbox 360 have been sent back to the shop.

I heard 100 gb, anyway i own a nintendo gc, xbox and ps2 and the one i liked the most was the xbox great online, great games and the largest memory out of the three.

Buy the one which has the most games that appeal to you, then you will probably get more enjoyment out of it.

ps2, it has more of a variety of accessories and games

Xbox360. Not only does it play fantastic games but it has the unmatched XboxLive and dashboard. You get a silver account free which allows you to chat to friends etc, when you register it you get a 30 day free Gold account to get you hooked. Xboxlive is leaps and bounds beyond PlayStation's on-line gaming, (sorry don't know anything about the Wiii). You can download updates to games, new maps for on-line gaming and game trailers, the dashboard is brilliant and customisable, and the friends list feature lets you see what your friends are doing and invite them to join you or join in their game.

Gears of War is the must have Next Gen game on the 360 at the moment, you're eyes will bleed with all the detail on the screen at the same time!

With xboxLive your games life are extended by months, due to constant upgrades/downloads and new online maps being freely available.

I got mine on launch day last December and it is the best thing i have ever bought. Say good bye to your social life though! Playing games till 3 in the morning is going to kill it.

They all have their different qualities. Playstation would have the biggest library of games to choose from, X-Box has great online capabilities and the Nintendo is a lot of fun but a lot of their games can seem childish sometimes. It depends what you're looking for.

Depends on what kind of gamer your are.

If your like to not move,and just sit on the couch for online play,then buy a Xbox 360.

If your like to show off a big cool tv and cool entertanment center,then get a PS3.note its $600

If your like new ways of playing video games,then get a Wii.Sure they might have child games,but they are fun.You fell like your are in the game.Plus its only 250

wii due to the fact that it is the only consule with new stuff all the ps3 and xbox are is updated systems with better graphics the wii is revolutionary consule with freemotion/motion censord so ho[pe it helps
and the wii has violent and childsh game sanything u want nintendo has or will soon

The Playstation 2 is cheap and appeals to all.

if you are seriously going to buy a console for on-line gaming the 360 is up there with the best five minutes and it is up and running .took me three weeks to get my ps2 on-line,my xbox has never overheated as for pc gaming go for it if you don't mind shelling out on upgrades for every knew top of the line pc game that comes out. would of cost me at least £400.if i wanted to play oblivion on pc by the time i upgraded my pc.played it on 360 for 40.00. downloaded expansion pack on xbox live paid£6.00 for it pc expansion pack 14.99.
